We have a 14 days guarantee returns for orders within Australia.
If you aren’t satisfied with your product, we welcome you to return your items to us for a refund, exchange or store credit.
Upon submitting a Return/Exchange Request by email to email@example.com , we will send you instructions how to return your items to us.
Please note that we have two rules for returns:
Item(s) needs to be returned within 14 days of purchase;
Item(s) must be unworn and unused and be in the original condition.
This guarantee does not cover the breakage, damage or gradual degradation of the jewellery due to normal wear.
For orders outside of Australia, return shipping will be at your own cost for a refund or store credit. We do not currently offer exchanges, however you are welcome to return your item and then place a new order to get the item of your choice.
If you aren’t satisfied with your product, we welcome you to return the item to us within the 14 days period for a full refund. Simply let us know and we will be happy to help you out. The full refund amount will be based on your invoice amount minus any express post charges.
To keep up the level of service we provide to our customers we have to limit the number of returns and exchanges a customer can initiate to only two times per customer. Terms of return are within Tiadem’s sole discretion. We appreciate your understanding.
