Items must be received at our warehouse within 30 days of the delivery date.

Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition and packaging.

Please note: This guarantee does not cover breakage, damage, or the natural wear and tear of jewellery over time.

*Refunds (Australia):*

If approved, your refund will be processed minus a $10 postage fee to cover original shipping costs.

*Exchanges (Australia):*

For all exchanges, customers are required to pay a $10 resending shipping fee to cover the cost of shipping the new item.

*International Orders*
